Format in NTFS

Is it possible to format the flash memory of the player to NTFS to provide better performance when writting data??

It's possible, but you shouldn't do that: most mp4-players didn't know and recognize ntfs.

OK!
I'll try to provide USB 2.0 connection :)

A lot of the firmware on the MPx players don't work with the NTFS format as well, so you're better off safe with FAT32 instead.

Check your USB bios setting, Full Speed USB is only 12Mbits/second where Hi-Speed USB mode is capable of a much faster 480Mbits/second.

These are maximum speeds and your player will only work up to these speeds.
