Hello, I would like you to help me with some issues with my MP4 Player PMP.
I just bought it and I'm completely disappointed. First, I liked quality of the screen, about gaming... But essentially I need my music. So I put some folders into AUDIO folder... But my MP4 just doesn't read folders. I'm saying because if I put mp3 files into AUDIO but outside a folder, then they work.
Of course it's ok if I have 20 songs. But I got 2 GB, so I wanna put more than 20 songs, and would be a problem when looking for them. Maybe my MP4 just works like that, or maybe a software upgrade can fix it?.
The only information I can tell is the version on the title of the post, 2 gb, 1600x1200 maximum photo size, AV out, and SD card slot. So, could yo please give or link me to a software uprgade and tell me how to do it?
