Default MS MAGIC Dead Screen

Hello!
Two months ago, I accidentaly dropped the MP3 player onto the ground so the screen went blank and now it doesn't show nothing.

However by memory, I managed to see if the songs can be played, and yes it can.

But the external speaker is ON, and I cannot turn it off.

Can someone please tell me which steps should I follow in order to turn it OFF (I cannot do that by memory).
