Ask for it. There's no point in sending it back because it will cost almost as much as the player.

If they won't accept it, then file for a dispute because you didn't get the product advertised. It was advertised as having "FM Radio" but it doesn't work.

I asked them about it; They will answer on next Tuesday because they have a kind of holiday there these days;

If the answer won't be positive i'll open a dispute... When i get the reply i post here.
