Default I can't figure out how to repair my dead mp4 player


I have an MP3/mp4 player an I was try to make an fw update , and the result was a dead player ! ( and i not save the original fw ) . please help me !
I was try others recovery quid , but dont work with me !

If you propose me to do the think with the chipset , I can't becouse is under my display and I't cant be remove ! without destroy it !

Just blue screen !
( the fw update has been finished , but still have blue screen )
and now my PC it see the mp4 like an unknown device ( but the removal device H works )

Yeah ! but i cant reach my mp4 chip because is under the Lcd !
