el electonics 1 gb mp4 hangs.. what right firmware ???
 

thanks for all your information , i need to solve this poroblem : i have a mp4 player 1 gb of el electronics brand , if i switch on or if i connect to usb ., i obtain every time the same result , it display an hourglass and nothing happen more.. i try to put the device in adfu , but nouw i don't understand what are the right sw for upload the firmware and also where i can find the right firmware...

the hardware section is with atj2093h + samsung k9lag08uom chips , anyone can help me ??? many thanks and excuse mi poor english !!
