Incomplete play song

Hi, i have a problem with MP4 of brand HITECH PLATINIUM, 2 GB.
The specific problem is that the song can´t to be listened in form complete, speding to the next song, Where is repeat the same.
Please if you can help me and give me AN ANSWER clear.

So it plays for about 10 seconds then skips onto the next song? If that is the case, then it's because you have "Intro" mode set. Here's how to change it if you have intro mode set:
1. Play a song.
2. During playback, press the [M] or [Menu] button.
3. On the menu, choose an item called "Repeat" then press the [M] button again
4. There choose "normal" instead.
