Default KINGZON MP4 Player , please help Me


Hello,

i have a kingzon MP4 player with this version of firmware :

XID_1312_10

2007-08-29

9.1.52

2005-01-09


i have a very malicious virus i format the MP4 and the virus return & i format MP4 , the virus return ,

Is it true that if I put the UPDATE virus will be deleted


and i want the true firmware ! please help me

sounds like it my be your pc that is infected, with some form of bug that is copying the files back on to the player


have you virus checked the pc as well

Yes my PC is Well ,

problem is finding the right update, this is one of the things that is almost impossible

yo may need to take your player apart to get all the relevant numbers from all the inside boards to then be able to possibly find a match .. and than there is no gaurentee we will have a firmware for your player

have you set your antivirus to scan the payers disc

also if you formatted the player it should have gotten rid of the virus, there are some viruses about that like to copy things to and from USB drives

what is the virus you have on the player

and no, there is no guarantee that new firmware will get rid of it at all

do not update firmware with just any it will not work, firmware is specific to a player

I have a virus that doubles the file, located in a folder all records of the MP4 .
