Default need help putting music on it saying rockchip????

Could someone help please?

I bought a touchscreen 8gb mp4 player off ebay that was shipped from Hong Kong. The problem is I am unable to download music because of a rockchip? Is there something I can do?

sorry i do not understand

what do you mean by the phrase:

"unable to download music because of a rockchip"

rockchip is the processor used int he player

can you describe in more detail please - thanks
