I can't enter the BIOS of my mp4 player

Please help me to enter in mp4 bios...
I try this form:
Turn off my mp4
Hold menu key
Then relase menu key end repat play key
.......

But mp4 don't enter at bios

please help me

I have 3 mp4 with this ptoblem....

HI try this: press left kay 3 second after that quikly press down kay and wait 10 second.
