Help with I-Touch Clone
 

I have a visual land V-855 touchscreen mp4 player. It worked great for the first 3 months, then all of a sudden, sometimes, when I turn it on, it freezes up on the start up screen, then sometimes it goes to a blue screen similar to the ones described in this thread:

as if it is entering the bios mode, but I can't get it to do anything else. Sometimes, it works fine. I followed the steps in that above thread to extract the firmware, but I can't get it to work.

How do I fix this problem?
