Need Help for my MP4 Player bought 2 years ago
 

i need help for my mp4 player but im not using it anymore but my mom do... when i play a music w/o a headphone plug into the player it uses the loudspeaker but when i plug a headphone into it, the mp4 players uses both loudspeaker and headphone... i have pics of my player below.... i hope you can help me...
