MP4 screen seems not to work

tank you for help me, im downloadind the firmwareon:http://www.mympxplayer.org/please-up...ay-vt1829.html
when i open the "extract.bat" i have a message not found device but when i connected my mp4 on the usb cable it is autoplay and i see the icon on my Pc.
tell me how can make to view my mp4 after openening the extract.bat

can you tell us exactly what is not working please
did you try to update the player with a different firmware

now I can use my mp4 as a USB key only, the touch screen, radio, games (all 9 icon menu does not work)

I have the same problem I charged my mp4 for a long time and then the lcd turned blue please help, I can listen to music 'cause I know my mp4 by heart so HOW TO FIX UP THE LCD?
