Hi CrazyAngel,

I don't have a touchscreen player at all, so can't give you a solution. However, I would like to ask, "have you asked the seller about this problem?".

I would be very interested to know what the solution is for future reference and others who may have this problem in the future as well.

Is there a small 'reset' button or something that you can press on the side or bottom of your player?

Just confirming what you mean by "crash" - does it fail all together, lock up etc or just go in to the wrong program?

Either way - the most likely cause is a build up of crud between the plastic casing and the touch screen membrane itself (or a worn / scratched membrane)

If it's crud - you can easily open the player, remove the entire electronics block and simply clean around the screen, and the inside of the case, then re assemble.

If it's a scratched / worn screen (easy to tell, it'll look like there's a "rainbow" or "oil slick" underneath parts of the screen) then you'll need to replace the touchscreen.
