Hi every one
i have bought Mp4 player called Astra based on the rockchip mp4 players

the firmware has this numbers:
P4071-080807-0150890-HX8347-MV339-AR1010-T-V20.0_ASTRA[/U]


how can i find newer firmware files and where ?

and how to update the firmware and change themes for that player ?

also there is a problem with playing video files converted with AVI converter

the player give me the following error message

[u]unkwon file format

can you point to an image of the player

that firmware number is not a firmware number for rockchip players, where did you get it??

try vidrop here in the downloads section for video conversion, but we need exact details on your player to say which setting should be used , is is a 2.4" screen???

the player specs are:
2.4 inch TFT
support TF card up to 2 GB
