Opening and replacing battery

Hi,
I have a "patrick mp4 player", which looks exactly like this:

I need to replace my battery, because it lasts 30 minutes and after 5 minutes of charging it seys that's full.

Anybody knows how to open the device? The case is like the one linked before, not two shell pieces, but a single one. Do I hjave to unscrew on th top or on the bottom? Any photo-guide?

Second question: which kind of battery should I buy?

Thanx a lot

do you charge it for longer than 5 mins, because the battery indicator in the player is not set right

have you charged it for 2-3 hours regardless of what the indicator says

Of course I did, but I'm not sure the charging operation to continue if indicator is says full anyway.

there are some on ebay too, you need to check the size to be sure it will fit in your player.
