Acme V500X buttons

Hello. I have updated the Acme V500X player with firmware from this site and buttons have ceased to work (do not react), though the player turn on and show menu. What to me to do?

got this form acme website, so email and get the firmware from them to be safe

I have sent them an e-mail but they yet have not answered. When I tried to connect player in Firmware Update (tool) to me have given out: it is not detected RockChip Devices. I did so: connected USB a cable to player, has connected cable to the computer and Windows has defined player. I have started tool, have chosen default firmware from thise site, and have pressed update. It is normal? I Look forward to hearing from Acme.
