How to upload 9.1.52 firmware to the downloads section

I have 9.1.52 more specifically:

001-PCB QY-117FVI-M LCD HW128160C-OB-OA

or

5KEY_S75_2091N_52_18V_08307_CSTN7669

Which I think might be able to help some people (IDK? Can it?)

But i cant see how to upload it (im new to this foum)

Any help appreciated
