Mp4 No memory

i got meizu clone mp4 with micro sd slot and the on button stopped working so i reset it and when i press the on button on it does nothing so i have to plug it in to turn it on, and i go to system it says it has 0/0 Flash memory and the firmware ver. is 00.00.0001 and every now and then ill get a message that says yyyyyyyyyyy,yyyyy,yyyy and there will be a bunch of files marked as it and i press on one the player freezes and when the player stars up i get a messaga that says System Init... so does anyone know how to fix these problems its a standard 2.4" Rockchip player

That sounds like corrupted memory. Can you connect it to your computer? If you can, try formatting it. Also remove the memory card from it when formatting, then format the card too.
