Mp4 onda 858 clone wont start
 

Hi everyone,

In need of some help.

I was given an onda 858 clone, as a present,its 8gb with camera. Ive had it for 2 weeks and had no problems till now. The problem with the player is that when i turn it on, all i get is a white backlit screen with no menu.

but every now and again when i try to start the player it works perfectly. I havent tried to upgrade the firmware, all ive done is put music files on it and took a few photos.

Anybody out there who can help me.

Hi bluelammy,

Try backing up all your files to your computer then FORMATTING your player. Perhaps it's a problem with the hard drive on your player. Try that and let me know how you get on.
