Default Backup firmware

I have two mp3 players, they are exactly the same, one works one doesn't. One has the correct firmware the other one doesn't How do I transfer the firmware to other mp3 player?

Just don't mix up the working and dead ones like someone else here did, or you'll end up with two dead players.
