mp4 ipod dock with poor sound quality
 

Hi i got myself a ipod clone 4th gen with ipod dock the problem is sound quality is very poor in a docking station using ipod dock but great via jack connection is this right or should i get good sound using the dock connector?

Bad connection to the dock connector.

I agree with lolita on the back dock connection. If it works great through the jack connection, then there's a problem with the dock connection as that's the only thing that's producing the poor sound quality.

Where did you buy it from and can you get it replaced under warranty?
