Hi ham,

Can you give us some more information about your player? Where did you buy it from?
From your player's menu, to go "Setup" and under "Firmware info" or "firmware version" what does it tell you?

A lot of these players are CLONES and from different manufacturers. So trying to find a firmware that is compatible is really hard and you have a very high chance of bricking (aka "dead) player as a result of using an incompatible firmware.
