Accidentally formatted player which stopped at 75%
So I`ve bought a laptop few days ago. I had Linux on it and I plugged in my player to put some songs on it. When I was installing Windows at the first part of the install I accidentally chose my player to be formatted, and the format stopped at 75%, cause the batteries of the laptop went down.
Now, when I try to access songs it writes DISK ERROR and I can`t even format my player? What should I do? |
Re: Help needed! This is a really strange problem
In linux, use fdisk command to recreate the partition table.
Then reformat it completely. |

I`m not using Linux anymore :( I`m using Windows now. So if you could give me a way to do this on Windows, I`d be really happy :D

Format it normally in Windows.
If that doesn't work, recreate partition with diskpart |
