files became invisible! need help.

while my mp4 is connected in my pc. it hangs (hour glass). then after i minute it resume working again and when i open it the files was gone!. i look at the files in my computer and its gone.

I look at the memory of my mp4. and its still contain the files because the size of the file used is still there.

please help me retreive the invisible files of my mp4 if can be done.

Hi BennyZars,

Can you play any of the files on your player? Do they all play ok or nothing?

What I suggest is to FORMAT the player. Try formatting it in Windows firstly to see if that helps the problem.
