Default Some questions about a MP6 Player

First of all, hello everybody. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I brought a MP6 Player, well I know (now) it's a MP4 with some more functions like a TV signal. I know is a rockchip but don't know what version. This MPx player have a antenna retractile. I'm going to put a picture soon. Here in Argentina is the last of the MPx players so if you search you going to found it. My questions is about the sound quality, I can go up to 40 and no more (with headphones sound fine) but without sounds too low. Examples are when I'm watching television... or with some .flv files.

It's there a option or some way without open the player to up the volume and to save the channels in the TV mode?

Also I download some .rkp games but only three worked, Tetris, Pirates of the Caribbean and Tanks...

Ok, I hope any help. LoL I have a Nokia N95 but this MPx player was cheap and come with TV hehe. So I can watch TV in my fu*** work! =D
