Windos XP won't recognise my player, only charges

click on software/firmware download button, and read from the beginning.
supposely, there are indications on how to fix the problem under windows.
but, until now, I don't understand how to use the 2 utilities...
any idea?

In PC connection, in that web page, I found this...:

Some operation systems (Windows 2K SP4 or prior) may not recognize a USB disk with two symbols.

Therefore, you have to choose an active disk here when using ‘Secret Space’ function only the active disk can be found in PC.

going to try it, give me time cause I dont know really what "using secret space" means

MAN; I DO IT!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, listen; download the UPnP TESTER, Connect the MPX, and look with That program all (one by one, and giving it time to monitoring it) the "Devices tipes", well, when I was looking exactly what I said, windows "cacht up" the mpx connection and instaled the "¿drivers?", well, it works ^^, you rulez man, try it

so, I first open the upnp tester, then I connect the player.
at this point what exactly shall I do / watch, and what suppose to happen to make me understand something change and player is working?

Well, I dont know XD; I only was looking the "devices" (Basic devices..Digital camera security...Dimmable lights... one by one) with upnp tester and Windows recognize the MPX automatic.

Try to look them one by one giving time in changing it or reconect the MPX; I said, i was doing that when windows "catch up" the Mpx

Well, I Re-connect it and windows dont recognize it; I put ON the uPnP tester, and, in 5 minuts windows recognize it, I tryied more times and it is how it works, left the upnp tester On a lot of time with the mpx connecte
