How to Determine the Capacity of a Micron NAND Flash Chip
 
After searching many google pages for the specifications of my hacked flash memory player I foud Micron's model numberig rubric here.

Remember that the capacity is expressed in bits, not bytes.

Most of the manufacturers use xG where x is the number of gigabits.

Samsung uses 1,2,4,8,A,B,C,D,...
