I have READ the other threads here, just because I have READ other threads doesn't mean the I am and EXPERT and the I KNOW what a cpu chip in a player looks like. Have a nice day.

Default I have that same one pictured above

Hey I have that same 'ipod' pictured above, however mine when turned on or connected to a pc will only display an hourglass. It will never progress further.

When I connect it to a PC no matter what port I use and/or cable it still wont be recognized. It asks for a driver file, but I dont have one.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Like the picture above I will type what my memory chip says on it
