[solved] HOW do I turn on player -
 

Hi everyone, thanks so much for this site. It's really been helpful. I bought the following MP4 player from Tiny Deal Direct. The first thing I did was scan it for viruses, malware etc with Trend Micro. It's clean. Then I started transferring files over. All done. Now I can't seem to figure out how to turn it on.

Is it an issue with it needing to be charged? If that's the case, how long would that take?

Also should I be concerned that now its plugged in the both the green and the red light is on, on the charger?

I've read through the manual, but its just not very clear. I can't figure it out.

If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much. :oops:

I've got this player, move the slide switch on the side upwards, this just gives the power to the player, then press and hold the top switch down on the right hand side until the player starts.

Knob, thanks so much! I'm really embarrassed to say that I think it was an issue with it not being charged :oops: . I charged it and was finally able to turn it on. Thanks so much, but its great to know that someone else has this player! :D

Is it okay for me to ask another question in the same thread?

If so - How do I adjust the volume? Its a little annoying that they've included an outdated manual...but hey, I'm just thrilled it works.

what i did was to get some of does earphones that have volume controler

A quick short press on the left side of the top button will make the volume number flash, you are then in volume change mode, you can then use the left<<and>> buttons along the front to go up and down, a quick short press again on the top button takes you back to normal mode.
