volume always plays out of speaker
 

I recently purchased a 16GB 16:9 FQ5-16R player from tinydealdirect.com. Here is the link to it.

I can't figure out how to post just the picture sorry. The volume always plays out of the speaker even when headphones are plugged in. It will also not pick up radio signals. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks. :cry:

I have the same problems. The sound comes out of the speaker when the ear buds are plugged in and I have not picked up any radio reception. Sorry, I couldn't help, but hopefully we aren't the only ones with the problem. Help.

I can't get any radio signals either I emailed tinydeal about the problem b/c they are the company I bought it from and they told me to send it back to get fixed. I think I'll do that b/c I've bought from the company before and they are trustworthy.
