Change manufacturer in system information

Its rockchip27 (I think..) and I know how to change bmps and strings but I could not find a way to change more. For example I want to change manufacturer, product name and chinese text in product information. I would also like to know if it is possible to remove product information option in settings or other options in menu.

Please help.
