Can I mod this new fake ipod?

hi

Ive had my first mp4 player for a while and found out it had the old rockchip set. There at christmas I got my second a new Ipod Nano-Chromatic Fake that is oval at the top. I was wondering if i can mod this one. I have left a link to one on ebay at the bottom

What firmware version is it? I am guessing it's an Actions-based player.

says AMV on the specs, i think it may actually be the newer actions series chip as it also has srs, not sure, either way it cant be modded or extracted im afraid as these are all too new and unsure of what they are using

some newer model fakes that can emulate the tilt on the 4th gen use AVI also so could even be different than actions - who knows
