And didnt update or anything..got a little toruble with the software for videos but found the right one and it works amazing..the screen has some bubbles and i dont know if it has some kind of protector on it but i doubt it...but thats not the problem..

The mp4 is working but when i connect it to the pc, it only charges!!! i force him as instructed to usb mode but the screen appears to be in usb mode but my pc cant recognize it...

i dont know if any driver is corrupted or something because earlier it was great but now rarely i can connect him to the pc, because it cant go on removable drive mode and only charges and charges and charges....

On other pcs i think it works but on mine suddendly it stop working..

can someone help?

Edit: also tried upnp tester and no results.....

I would say try a different USB CABLE instead. There's been many problems with faulty USB cables where one of the pins are faulty so it doesn't connect to the computer properly but the charging pins are fine so it charges it fine.

Also, to confirm, try a different USB port on your computer (don't use a USB hub) and also try a different computer to confirm it works or not on another computer.

Re: Rockchip player only charges through USB on computer

I tried usb hub that dosnt run in 2.0 because i thought it could be a velocity issue, and tried another usb ports in my pc but still only charges..last option is to confirm with another cable in my pc or in another pc with my cable lol So i can identify the problem :D thanks i am going to try that 2 options;)

EDIT: Problem solved! the cable was the problem, a new cable solved all!! thanks for the help.. :D
