Default MP4 screen fading out (whitening gradually)

Hi there!
I have a big problem there, and hope you guys could help, please, if possible...

I have a Actions mp4 player that was playing normal...
After some time, the screen gone weird, with some wrong colors... Since then, it just got worse...
The screen became very very ugly with more wrong colors, then this problem happened: the screen first cutted the last part, repeating the top drawing, then after some time, it became white... it was like 1/3 of the screen... after some seconds, it covered 2/3 of the screen, then became unreadable, with only the top of it displaying correctly. The sound and system continues intact, but the screen is very very weird. I have dismantled it, but I can't see nothing wrong with the parts.

Does anyone have any guesses?

Please help me...

PS.: I found out that the screen only became white when the screen fades out to black (darkmode). When you press anything to awake it, or part of it is white or the screen is entirely whitened...

Please help me...

That's a hardware problem, your LCD module is bad. The only solution is to replace it (very difficult to get the same part, better buy another player) as no FW-upgrade could solve that, because isn't software related. I'm pretty sure everyone will agree on that.

¿Can you post a photo of the player with LCD like that to confirm this, please?

yes that is the lcd problem but to change the lcd is not the only solution. There are some capacitors on the strip of LCD ,if you can figure out the value then just change the capacitors from the lcd strip and it will start to work fine.
