WHY does my Anyka mp4 player turn off due to low charge?

I HAVE this kind of mp4 player:

Can anyone tell me why does my mp4 player turn off after 5-10 minutes saying 'battery low' . I cannot listen to more than 3 songs plzzzzz some one help....

How are you charging your player? Is it through the USB cable into your computer or using the power adaptor into your wall?

Have you tried charging it through the USB port from your computer instead?

I've heard there's been problems with a faulty wall charger so you may want to try charging through the computer instead and see if that helps.
