Want to remove corrupted files on MP4 player
 

hi i have a mp4 nano look alike and there is this song file that has been corrupted with files that have names with just symbols and its takin alot of space on the player.

My computer says these files have taken up 20 gbs of space when my device is only 4gb (supposed to be at least). so i was wondering if there is any file i can download to reset my player over completely.

So i can remove these files..... or anyway to solve this problem

What you should try is FORMATTING your player. Make sure you backup the files you want to keep beforehand though.
