HELP needed with mp4 model RK27SDK
 

Hi, i am havign problems with my mp4 model RK27SDK.
whenever i try to go into the music section eg all music, artists, albums and genres; on the screen it comes up with updating media library?? after a few seconds it then goes back to the main menu?
how do i fix this.

also is there a cd software for this mp4 model? if so can someone please upload it so i can download it.
