How can i tell what chipset i got in my MP4 player?
Hi All,
I got a 16GB MP4 player Model: T-MAX nothing else written on the back, it's made in China, here is some pics of it: http://gen.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/n...ch_keyword=pmp It dosent play MP4's with the H.264 Codec, and i want to play around with it? What software do i look up? thanks... |
very nice looking player (from the pictures).
However, since the website is all in Korean, I can't read too much information about it. I would suggest to find out the FIRMWARE INFORMATION within your player. Go to your player's "Setup" menu and look for something like "Firmware Info" or "version" and post the information there. That will help abit more. Also, can you take a photo of your player's menu as well? That will help also. One last thing, what sample video files do you have on your player? |

Apparently its a Rockchip RK27xx series player, the tutorial worked..
I deleted the sample video file...it was Cars Movie preview the only thing it displays is Firmware: 4.0 thats it no other info in the PMP it self... Time to play around... |
