Power saving mode? Screen stays on?
 

Hey guys. i have a 2 gb ipod 3rd gen clone with actions version 9.1.52 firmware,
and my question is- when listening to music, the screen stays on the whole time, this wastes a tonne of battery does it not. i was wondering if there was a way to stop this. most mp3's have a power saving thing where the screen just blacks out until you press a button to reactivate it.....

also, theres no way to mod or change my theme with that firmware is there.....

Setup -> LCD Set -> Dark Mode
Setup -> LCD Set -> Brightness

yeah, ive played with those, but the screen remains lit...... when you go to configure the settings, the bar in which you measure how long before it goes that mode, is it in seconds or minutes?

Depends on the setting.

well, i got both dark mode and brightness on the lowest.... but whilst listening to music, the screen stays on until you pause it or whenever the music isnt playing....... is there any way at all around that problem?
