i want to upgrade my firmware, where i can find latest firmware for my mp4?

my firmware version now is mp3 player BKSD1512_20 2007-06-01 9.1.51.

I never upgrade firmware before so i'm afraid that my player dead. can i backup my firmware full? what tools that i can use?

I have SD HC 4Gb but it show card error when i insert it to my mp4, even i have format it to FAT System but still can't use my SD CARD. how to use my SD HC 4Gb to my mp4 player?
