[solved] MP4 undiscoverable

Hello!
Till now I had no problem with my MP4 player, but now my PC doesn't see my MP4 player when I plug the USB in.

I tried in Vista and XP too, but without positive result. When I plug the USB, the MP4 recharges is being recharged, but I can't copy any data, because the op. system says, the device is undiscoverable. Please help me!

Ok the USB cord was broken...

Hi Gore,

Glad to see that you have solved your problem. I too would have recommended changing the USB cable as it has happened to a few other members in the past as well where the USB cable is faulty so the computer is not picking it up.
