Battery shows full but keeps turning off on its own
 

i just got this touchscreen mp3 player that looks like an iphone (http://www.amazon.com/V-touch-4GB-MP.../dp/B001C3QC4M) but its not the same company but unit looks same, anyway i bought this thing for 70$ but it doesnt work it always shows the battery is full and it keeps turning off on its own and the only way to turn it back on is to plug it into the usb or charger to get it back on otherwise it doesnt turn on, it shows the battery full always too, could it be the firmware or the battery anyone can help me please?

sounds like a dodgy battery or battery connection

i would send it back either for a replacement, but i would go for a refund and we can show you much better players for that price, those, im afraid, are not very good at all

but send it back and get full refund, if its ebay and they be a pain the start a paypal claim, that usually gets things moving
