Default Want to know real capacity but MP3 Tools can't detect player

Well excuse me but I usually read forums but this is the first time I decide to post and my english is not very well, I know

I bought an MP4 in ebay it's the 2'8 touch screen 8gb (seems to be 4 real gb)
As I saw yet the way to know what is your MP4 real capacity is formating it using mp3 disk tool but here comes the problem, when I connect the MP4 there is no problem, I can usually delete files and works perfectly but I would prefer that it shows the real memory because when people reach the real capacity limit the MP4 starts to make strange things. But when I try to start mp3 disk tool or mp3 player update tool they both shows the message "Device not detected!" or "Not detected removable disk! Please chek the disk connecting, or reboot system"

Please somebody had the same problem and can explain me how to fix it?
I repeat my mp3 works perfectly but can't be recognized by the program, not by my computer, I saw people with same problem but with dead mp4

your player is a rockchip payer and the tools you are using are not for your player so they will not work

do not rust the cd that came with the player, they are usually wrong

your player ate 4gb should be OK, its rare that these types of player are hacked and if they are then its usually with higher capacities, yuor player should be ok though

But Im sure that real memory is 4gb and it show 8gb, when i reach 4gb of used memory it may be fatal for my poor mp4.
I would prefer that It shows real memory because there will be not risk of going beyond real limit
