Generic Touch Player issues

Hello, I've been having some issues with my generic mp4 touch player and am hoping someone here can help. First off, it doesn't seem to want to let me load videos any more. It did last week and now it doesn't. I hook it to my computer try to put the video in and it says cannot find video file path etc, etc. Then the touch locks on me and I have to reset it. It plays the videos fine that are in there. The other issue is now sometimes when I go back and forth between videos the list of names disappears. It shows there is something there, but the title I named it disappears and it won't let click on it.

I wasn't sure where to put this, so feel free to move this post to the correct place. Thanks.

have you tried reformatting the memory, right click on the drive letter and select FORMAT, this may clear out thew memory and allow you to freely accesss it agaimn, when formatting note that it will delete any files on the player, so back up anyhting you wan to save, also select FAT32

see if it helps

No, reformatting it didn't work. It still does the same thing. Although, now, in the systems section for checking out how much room I have, it shows 0mb/1951mb. It used to say 3710mb/1951mb. Any other ideas?

Can anyone help me with this? It seems that reformatting it erased any memory it had. Thanks.

I have had to re-format mine too and it now doesnt recognize any memory. All it does is say the system is full. But it wasnt full before.
