my Player goes to sleep while charging
 

my player is not charging, i changed version a lot of times but still same.it seems be charging when i connect to mp3 power supply or computer but after little time it goes to sleep mode

It is charging.

My player goes into a speed mode while it's charging, it's not till I press the buttons on the player that it comes back on and displays the charging screen. I guess it's there way of trying to perserve power while it's charging.

If you leave it charging for about 8 hours, unplug it, does it show full battery?

it never shows full battery, always shows empty

Another question is, are you using the SAME USB cable to charge your player through the computer and wall?

I would try another USB cable just in case as well as it may be faulty and not charging properly.

In your player's main setting, is there a [setup] menu? In there, there should be an option for 'sleep' or 'power'. Check what those settings are and change them from one extreme to the other and see if that makes a differenc.e
