[solved]Can't write nothing and "not detected removable

i got a mp3/mp4(??) player, i can't put files on it.

it's a sigmatel with firmware 2.611.600 (i think).

the mp3 player disk manager gives me a "not detected removable disk" error. also, i tried formating with Explorer on Fat, it "works" but the problem persists.

i'm not very good with this things, can someone help me?
