Default Energy Sistem MP4 player takes 30mins to transfer 1GB!

I have an Energy Sistem mp4 player, model 3500 HDP M-EX. 4Gb memory, 2.4´ screen. All i know is that its a Rockchip.
It connects to my PC via a USB 2.0 cable, but the transfer speed are very slow, about 500 MB/sec. Y last like 30 minutes to transfer 1 Gb!!!
i use Vista home Premium SP1. Is there a driver or something that I need to download to have better transfer speeds???
I contacted the Energy Sistem support team and all the help they give was to tell me to install all the vista updates, which I already have, so not much helpful.
Any idea, or help????

Thanks

Have you tried your player on a Windows XP computer?

Should NEVER take you 30 mins for 1GB to transfer! That's like USB 1.1 speeds for sure. So either they're shafting you with a USB 1.1 connection or they've made a mistake.

You can also try another USB cable instead as well to see if that helps but try it on Windows XP instead to see if it's a Windows problem.

Thanks for the replies!!

I tried with WinXP and it was just slightly faster, not by much. So its still a problem.
I also try with 3 different cables but didnt perform better.

lolita: yes sorry its 500 KB/sec!!!
USB 1.1 is 1.5MB/sec so its way much slower than USB 1.1.

Update: I´ve made some research and found out that my player has a RK2608 Rockchip. Maybe this can help?
Also, using Chip Genius v2.50, in "Device Type" it says: "Stardard USB device -USB2.0 Full-Speed (USB1.1)".
Any idea somebody?
