Hello, need help about my mp4!
 

I want to restart my mp4 because it has been presenting some errors, so I wonder how can i restore the firmware or upgrade it...

Its quite complicated since i am not used to them and well i wanna know how to do it.

I need to know why the battery discharges in 15 secs and then i turn it on and the battery is green again but it always keeps discharging...

So i need to know whats the best to do, beacause i know its a firmware error not a hardware one.
