my player is showing white screen after solving the issue of the hourglass thing.I upgraded using MP3 Utilities 4.15.and used G-TGS177SHOOS1221IPOD.fw but it gives me white screen maybe because the firmware is not compatible with my player.Now i need full firmware for:
GOLZI G-18A_MAIN_VO.6 LCD XYXWO210807 06-B.

My player is recognized as F: and i can even open it and download mp3 but it is showing white screen.

Please let me know if there is any.I have searched high and low but no success.Thank you so much.

Thanks Lolita.But i think it killed my player.After upgrading it, it says upgrade success but then my player blinks for about 3 times and is shut off.All blank screen and turning it on is no help.

I think i need another firmware?
